Through personal experience I believe that the healing process requires many different techniques dealing with the mind, body and soul. All are connected and no single therapy can cure all parts of us in one moment. All my techniques have two things in common, the belief that the client holds the key to becoming healed and personal responsibility. |

Kinesiology: Using the meridians and acu-points of the body to address imbalances, (Good for hay fever, allergies, stress, lethargy and much more). Visualisation & Meditation: Using a range of techniques to tap into your most powerful resource, your mind and the power of you. Giving you coping strategies to incorporate into your day-to-day life. |
