WHEN...

When life seems hard and hectic too

When confusion reigns with things out of the blue

And you doubt yourself and things held dear …

 Then breathe a deep breath, or two, or ten

And let your spirit begin to rise again

Block your ears and close your eyes

Don't be disturbed by things outside 

Let your fears and wants subside

Sit with yourself and listen inside

Accept the inevitable waves of life

And feel the peace from within you rise

 Then let the love from the higher realms

On your turmoiled spirit descend

Then the strength will come from within your soul

And you'll know that YOU contain it all
