HYPNOTHERAPY

HYPNOTHERAPY IS A NATURAL THERAPY as old as mankind and the old beliefs have given way to scientific sound proven applications.  Today hypnosis has many uses including law-enforcement, dentistry, medicine, education and sports.

Hypnosis is not sleep, it is a safe, deep relaxing and enjoyable experience and it works because our minds work on two levels, the conscious and the sub-conscious.  In the relaxed state known as hypnosis we can communicate directly with the subconscious mind.  This is why it is possible to change habits and overcome phobias etc.

FACTS ABOUT SMOKING

COST 20 cigarettes a day = £5 a day approx x 7 = £35 per week, x 52 = £1820 per year. Likewise smoking 10 a day is half the above which is £910 per year. Smoking 20 cigarettes a day over an average lifetime will, allowing for inflation, costs around £100,000

HEALTH RISKS  Smoking causes 120,000 deaths per year, which is 130 a day, in the UK alone. Smokers in their 30`s and 40`s have five times as many heart attacks as non-smokers. One half of smokers will die prematurely. Smoking damages the quality of sperm, therefore impairing fertility.

Two thirds of smokers want to give up, but don’t believe they can.
