Combines the benefits of Reiki with that of Metaphysical Counselling and spiritual guidance, which help us to reconnet with our innate inner wisdom and inner spiritual centre, Helping us understand the role that we play in life's dramas and opening up our lives to endless possibilities, and to discovering our soul's pathway and life purpose. A treatment consists of an initial consultation, you will then be asked to lie on a couch or to remain seated. You will recieve hands on/off Reiki Healing and Holistic Counselling techniques such as meditation, visualisation and Voice Dialogue techniques as appropriate to individual needs, to help find psychological and spirtual solutions and to re-charge the energies that have been out of balance as a result of stress, emotional problems or life events. In this way emotional, physical and spiritual blocks can be released allowing us to connect with our true natures. This is an intuitive process and will be different for each individual and for each treatment. A course of treatments (at least 3-4) is advised for those who are ready and willing to make positive changes towards re-balancing their lives and develop.
