This is a complete programme of antenatal education and is designed for pregnant mums and their birthing companions.  The course comprises 12.5 hours of teaching in total and is used the world over to assist women in having the most calm, comfortable and spiritually energising birth possible.  The programme teaches you how to release your fears about birth, which in turn leads to much of tension which causes pain in labour.  On the course you will learn how to tune into your own natural birthing instincts.  You will also learn relaxation skills, and self hypnosis skills which will stand you in good stead for the rest of your life.  The course helps you bond with your unborn baby, and is said to produce calmer and more peaceful babies.
